WALESKA, Ga. – The show, Little Shop of Horrors, was presented by the Reinhardt University Theatre Department last night. The RU community that attended enjoyed the opening performance of the Black Box Theatre.

Little Shop of Horrors is a great show to see. The story is about Seymour Krelborn, played by Chase Brackett, who is a flower shop assistant, on Skid Row. The shop’s meager sales can only be revived by the arrival of the Audrey II, an unusual plant found by Seymour.

Aubrey II seems to lay limp and lifeless, until it gets the taste of human blood! Now Seymour has to choose between the success of the shop and his own moral guidelines: does he feed Audrey II human blood or let the shop and the girl he loves slip away?

Don’t fret if you missed last night’s performance of Little Shop of Horrors. The Reinhardt Theatre Department has six more showings for you to attend: tonight at 7:30 (sold out), Saturday at 3 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Oct. 12 at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m. and on Oct, 14 at 3 p.m.
