Northside Hospital Cherokee Fitness Center

WALESKA, Ga- The Northside Hospital Cherokee Fitness Center, located on Reinhardt’s campus, is open to all faculty, staff, and students. Provided with treadmills, free weights, medicine balls, and stationary machines that allow for a variety of workouts, the Center creates an impeccable environment for exercise. The Center also carries Olympic weights that can be used for powerlifting without cracking metal weights.

The treadmills and elliptical trainers are great for endurance. Stationary Machines provide resistance for targeted muscle groups. Medicine balls promote force production and strength endurance. Numerous athletic teams and fitness classes use this area to teach techniques to avoid injuries. Televisions are available for entertainment as well while you continue to work on your fitness goals.

Today is the best day to start exercising! The Center is a “No Judgement Zone” that all individuals respect the others body composition and race. Moreover, the Center gives Reinhardt community 24-hour access. Public Safety and individuals at the gym work together to provide safety. The Northside Hospital Cherokee Fitness Center provides a great number of opportunities to promote better health that is taken advantage of daily.
