Art is typically seen as a calming and fun activity but does this mean that art can be used to relieve stress?

There are many mediums to use in the creative world to relieve your stress. From painting to drawing, or even singing and dancing. Whatever you like to do, do it! It can take your mind off of your stressful day, and melt your stress. Though, in some situations, it could possibly make it worse. Considering this information often surfaces a single question “what is the answer to this problem?”

In my opinion, I think it can be both, depending on the person, and depending on what kind of creative activity the person is doing. Watch the video to find out more!
