Dr. Wheeler writes: Short notice, but the History Club is gathering this coming Tuesday, October 21.  Let’s carpool together from in front of the Reinhardt Hill Freeman Library at 5:00 p.m.  We’ll drive into Canton and have pizza at Johnny’s Pizza at 5:30 (the History Dept. will pay the bill), and then on to Canton’s Rock Barn (by the Canton Elementary School) for Dr. Wheeler’s 7:00 public talk on the Civil War in Cherokee County.  (The barn itself is worthwhile, an unusual structure once owned by the scandalous Gus Coggins.)  Return to Reinhardt by 8:30.
